Thursday: 4 p.m. – 8 p.m.
Saturday: 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Sunday & Monday: closed
Reception: July 2, 2026, from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. CDT (We will have refreshments!)
ART DROP-OFF INSTRUCTIONS
If you are dropping off your artwork in person, please do so at the following address on Monday, June 29th, through Tuesday, June 30th, between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m.:

All entries must arrive at the museum by 5:00 p.m. CDT on June 30, 2026, to be included in the show. If you cannot drop off during these dates, please contact us at seiaamembership@gmail.com to make other arrangements.
SHIPPING & HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS
If you are shipping your artwork, please ship to the following address:

Shipment must be prepaid. Enclose the prepaid label for return shipping and insurance. It is your responsibility to choose a carrier and specify the insurance amount for return shipment. (Please refer to Rules & Regulations #10 on the application.)
We will notify you when your entry or entries have been received and when they are shipped back out after the show closes!
PICK-UP INSTRUCTIONS
If you are picking up your artwork in person, please do so on Monday, August 3rd, or Tuesday, August 4, between 10 am and 5 pm. If you cannot pick up during these dates, please contact us at seiaamembership@gmail.com to make other arrangements.
